Already known the beneficiaries of the applications approved by PO SEUR- Operational Programme Sustainability and Efficient Use of Resources that will receive a total of Cohesion Fund allocated € 1,646,695.03. The beneficiaries of approved applications are the National Association of Landowners, Hunting and Biodiversity Management (ANPC) with two approved applications, the League for Conservation of Nature and the Institute of Agronomy, each with an approved application.

The approval of applications ended the decision process regarding the Call with code POSEUR-15-2015-12, launched in July 2015, which was intended to fund Planned Actions in the Species Action Plans - Iberian Lynx and Necrophagous Birds under Nature Preservation and released 3 million euros from the Cohesion Fund.

The funding allocated is part of the Priority Axis 3 of the Programme - Protecting the environment and promoting efficient use of resources in the Investment Priority 6.4 - Protection and rehabilitation of biodiversity and soil and promoting ecosystem services systems, including through Natura 2000 and green infrastructure.

The Call in question received 5 applications in the period between July 16 and September 30, 2015, of which these four applications were approved.
