  • Resolução do Conselho de Ministros n.º 29/2015 - Diário da República n.º 87/2015, Série I de 2015-05-06

    Designates one curator for beneficiaries and creates its mission structure providing support , in line with Decree -Law No. 137/2014 of september, 12th which provides for the establishment of a curator of the beneficiary, which is responsible for receiving and considering complaints from beneficiaries of Structural Funds directly related to acts or omissions of the governing bodies responsible, making recommendations on them and proposing the adoption of measures that contribute to improving the quality of service provided by the governing bodies.
