Prepared by AD&C - Agency for Development and Cohesion and now available is the "Reading Guide for Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December, in conjunction with the delegates and Regulations Implementation of the applicable Commission for the programming period 2014-2020."

Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of December 17, also called General Regulations on ESIF - European Structural and Investment Funds establishes common and general provisions on the ERDF - European Fund Regional, Development ESF - European Social Fund, the Cohesion Fund, the EAFRD - European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the EMFF - European Fund for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries for the 2014-2020 programming period. Its application is complemented by several delegate Regulations and Enforcement Regulations of the Commission, establishing rules, regulations and additional conditions for some specific provisions of the General Regulations.

In the context of this extensive regulatory framework, this document is intended to assist the interpretation of the provisions of the General Regulation, the arm of the ERDF and the Cohesion Fund, linking it directly with the provisions of the Implementing Regulations and Delegates.
