The Regional Operational Programme Centre 2020, together with Capacitar (Empower) Program, will hold two information workshops on the theme: "Local Government Challenges in Portugal 2020". These workshops will take place on 11 November in Agueda, and November 12 in Trancoso. PO SEUR will be present in both.
These sessions are aimed at managers and employees of local authorities, communities and the inter-municipal associations, and serve to address issues related to the challenges of local government in Portugal in 2020, particularly in the Center 2020.
Capacitar Program is an initiative that aims to provide the local government for more and better tools for economic and social development of municipalities. This program is intended for Mayors to Executives, Managers and municipal and intermunicipal workers, through processes such as "peer learning" or advanced programs involving prestigious management schools, will take contact with the innovative working methods and strategic planning.
