Following the extension of the deadline for applications to the Call for Applications POSEUR-11-2015-18 code in the promotion of multi-material recycling and recovery of organic municipal waste to December 31, 2015, we inform that the limit date for making the request for an opinion to the Portuguese Environmental Agency (APA IP), showing the framework of proposal in PERSU 2020 and the Action Plan applicable, as stipulated in 10.3.1 of the Call, has been changed to November 30, 2015.

The application shall contain the following information: Written description that includes the main objectives of the action to apply, their alignment with the PERSU 2020 strategy and explanation of how the proposed actions contribute to the various goals set therein.

Whenever a beneficiary who did not have PAPERSU (for it was not its obligation), should he report that when the request for an opinion to the APA is made and also a statement issued by the managing body of the Urban Waste Management System (SGRU) shall be sent, confirming the framework for action to apply in the PAPERSU System.
