The Opening Ceremony of the photographic exhibition "Discover how €4.342.544.223 euros of European Union Funds changed your life" was held yesterday 20th March in the European Parliament in Brussels. After passing through Lisbon, Porto and Madeira, this exhibition has now arrived in Brussels, with the support of MEP Liliana Rodrigues. Also present were the Secretary of State for Development and Cohesion, Nelson de Souza, MEP Carlos Zorrinho and the President of PO SEUR Managing Committee, Helena Pinheiro de Azevedo.

This exhibition is now held in Brussels for commemorating the closure of the Operational Programme for Territorial Enhancement (POVT), which was part of the NSRF (2007-2013) and helped to overcome structural constraints in Portugal with the financial support from the Cohesion Fund and the ERDF to 1,347 projects in the entire territory of the Mainland, the Azores and Madeira in the fields of transport, environment and urban development.
