Published yesterday, November 18, in Diário da República, the Decree No. 404-A/2015 marks the first amendment to Decree No. 57-B / 2015, February 27 (Specific Regulation for the field of Sustainability and Efficient Use of Resources).

Under the legal framework of the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF) for the programming period 2014 -2020, Decree No. 57-B / 2015 of 27 February, establishes "the conditions of access and general rules of financing for transactions made under the Investment Priorities and Areas of Intervention in the field of sustainability and efficient use of resources" for the programming period 2014 -2020. In the presence of this Decree the need to make some adjustments has been identified to the provisions of the Operational Programme and in the partnership agreement and applicable to European regulations.
