Resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 54/2015 of 28 July, approves and establishes the operation of the Sustainable Mobility Programme for Public Administration 2015 -2020 - ECO.mob. 

The goals, measures and actions of ECO.mob Program, and the goals to be achieved through its implementation are the subject of a general program of activities and a final report, and progress achieved in annual programs of action and evaluated on annual progress reports to be approved by the Cabinet members responsible for Finance, Transports, Environment and Energy. This legislation also creates the Platform for Sustainable Mobility in the Public Administration - "Platform ECO.mob" with the task of monitoring the implementation of ECO.mob Program.
