The website for the Curator of the Beneficiary of European Structural and Investment Funds is already operating. The Curator's mission is to receive and consider complaints from beneficiaries of European funds and make recommendations on them, and to propose the adoption of measures to contribute to the improvement on management of Portugal 2020. 

A proposal from the Deputy Minister and Regional Development, appointed as Curator of the Beneficiary José dos Santos Soeiro, former President of AD & C - Agency for Development and Cohesion.
The Curator is on one hand an important guarantee of the rights of beneficiaries and on the other hand, a promoter of solutions to prevent the occurrence of disputes relating to ESIF.
Under Article 32 of Decree-Law No. 159/2014 of 27 October, the Curator of the Beneficiary may also recommend the withdrawal, by the managing authority or by the Interministerial Commission for Coordination of Portugal 2020 acts of decision handed down in 2020 Portugal management.
Given the scope of the Curator's functions, a support structure was also created for its operation with the nature of a mission structure, which integrates the governing bodies of the Portugal 2020 programming cycle.
