The project consists on the implementation of a network of thunderstorm detectors in the RAM, which will support and improve surveillance and forecasting the short-term state of the weather, with an impact on the safety of the population and the national economy and on obtaining important data for a more detailed knowledge of the climate in RAM and its evolution in the face of climate change adaptation. For more information on the projects approved in the RAM, you can consult: List of Operations Approved by PO SEUR in the Autonomous Region of Madeira. Also, be aware of all the applications approved by PO SEUR up to now in Applications - Approved Applications tab.

PO SEUR Management Authority has just published a Call for Applications / Invitation code POSEUR-10-2016-58 code directed to the Regional Secretariat for Parliamentary and European Affairs, Regional Directorate of Roads for the reconstruction of hydraulic crossings and retaining walls in the ER. The period for submission of applications will run until 23 September 2016.

PO SEUR released yesterday, 27 July, a Call for Applications / Invitation to the Regional Secretariat for Parliamentary and European Affairs, Regional Civil Engineering Laboratory for Implementation of mudslides warning system in Madeira Autonomous Region, with code POSEUR -10-2016-59. Applications may be submitted in Balcão 2020 until 18h00 on 23 September 2016.

Yesterday, March 17, the Call for Applications code POSEUR-10-2015-33 addressed to the Regional Secretariat for Parliamentary and European Affairs of Madeira Autonomous Region for Reconstruction and Regularization of Santa Luzia Stream was changed. The amendment in question aimed to extend the deadline for submitting applications which shall now be up to 18:00 on April 30, 2016.

PO SEUR Management Authority approved the application on the Weather Radar of the Autonomous Region of Madeira. This application, from the Portuguese Institute for the Sea and Atmosphere, I.P. (IPMA), falls within the scope of Call for Applications code POSEUR-08-2015-20 within the Investment Priority 5.1 "Granting investment support for adaptation to climate change, including ecosystem-based approaches" on Axis II of the Programme.

Was published yesterday, February 29, Call for Applications with code POSEUR-11-2016-35, for the reinforcement of Selective Collection networks and awareness / information campaigns (in Madeira Autonomous Region). Applications may be submitted using Balcão 2020 until 18:00 of June 29, 2016.

Today, January 22, deadline for the submission of applications to Call for Applications POSEUR-01-2015-30 for EEM- Electricity Company of Madeira, SA for hydroelectric development of Calheta - Madeira was extended . Applications may be submitted until 18:00 of April 29, 2016, through Balcão 2020.

Published today, December 3, Call for Applications POSEUR-10-2015-33, directed to the Regional Secretariat for Parliamentary and European Affairs of Madeira Autonomous Region for Reconstruction and Regularization of Santa Luzia Stream (Stretch between km 0 + 195,38 and km 0 + 386.38). Following Recommendation issued by the Beneficiary Curator, the Call is published ahead of time and the period for submission of applications will be from 04 January to 31 March 2016.

Today, October 29, Call for Applications POSEUR-01-2015-30 was published for EEM - Electricity Company of Madeira, SA for hydroelectric development of Calheta - Madeira. This Call is part of the Priority Axis 1 of the Programme, which aims to support the transition to an economy with low carbon emissions in all sectors. The period for submission of applications runs until 18:00 on 31 January 2016.

It was published yesterday, August 25, Call for Applications / Invitation with code POSEUR-12-2015-22 directed to the Funchal City Council and Invitation to Funchal Municipality and Águas e Resíduos da Madeira, S.A for operations aimed at compliance with Urban Wastewater Directive (DARU) - Directive 91/271/EEC of the Council of 21 May, sanitation and wastewater for operations aimed at improving water quality and closing systems of the water supply in both cases only for the Madeira Autonomous Region (RAM).

Published today, August 14, Call for Applications addressed to the Portuguese Institute for the Sea and the Atmosphere (IPMA) for restructuring and modernization of meteorological systems, code POSEUR-08-2015-20. Applications may be submitted through Balcão 2020 until 18:00 of October 30, 2015.

PO SEUR Management Commission meets today with the Governing Board of the Regional Development Institute, IP for Madeira Autonomous Region (IDR, IP - RAM) for the preparation of its constitution as a Programme Intermediate Body.
