This is another Guidebook by PO SEUR Management Authority that intends to provide information that allows the insertion of reprogramming by the beneficiaries through a module designed for this purpose.

Whenever the beneficiary wishes to submit reschedulings, these must be done by this new functionality and not via Change Orders.

The change request module should only be used for the Operation Rectification, Revocation / Withdrawal and Change of Ownership type.

Therefore, whenever a Change Request is of the Rescheduling type of the Operation, PO SEUR Management Authority will deny it.
