Following the definition by ERSAR of the minimum requirements for the tariff structure in the urban waste sector, PO SEUR proceeded to an update on the document on "Application of the eligibility criteria for beneficiaries (Waste)", which relates to the application of line b) of paragraph 1 of Article 91 of the Specific Regulation of the SEUR domain, approved by Order 57 -B / 2015 of 27 February. The article refers to Section 13 of the RE SEUR under " Waste Recovery".

The updated document is now available for consultation on the ERSAR website and in the "Guidelines" menu on "Documentation" tab in PO SEUR website.
